Oyster mushrooms are saut\u00e9ed with shallots, white wine and parsley and served with fresh tagliatelle pasta. <\/p>\n<p>In just 30 minutes, you can whip up this delicious, vegetarian, everyday dish where your home-grown oyster mushrooms come into their own.<\/p>\n<p>For 4 servings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU NEED:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr oyster mushrooms (you can easily supplement with other types of mushrooms)<\/li>\n<li>0.5 l vegetable stock<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. olive oil <\/li>\n<li>1 finely chopped shallot<\/li>\n<li>2.5 dl white wine<\/li>\n<li>500 gr fresh pasta<\/li>\n<li>Fresh parsley<\/li>\n<li>100 gr freshly grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>Freshly ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PROCEDURE:<\/h3>\n<p>Separate the oyster mushrooms by &#8220;tearing&#8221; them into smaller pieces lengthwise<\/p>\n<p>Heat olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped shallot and fry for a few minutes<\/p>\n<p>Add the oyster mushrooms and continue frying until they are brown and tender.<\/p>\n<p>Add wine, wait for it to reduce slightly, then add the vegetable stock.<\/p>\n<p>Season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Bring a large pot of water to the boil, add salt and cook the pasta as indicated on the package.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the pre-cooked pasta with the mushroom mixture and add parsley and parmesan cheese.<\/p>\n<p>Serve topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese and parsley.<\/p>\n<p>Want to see more oyster mushroom recipes?
