Prices
At Skyttegårdens Østershatte 2021 ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.
Payment
Skyttegårdens Østershatte 2021 ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Delivery
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 50.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your goods are sent with GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If any problems arise, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will normally be delivered 2-7 business days after ordering.
Right of complaint
Complaints are always given on our mushroom bags if it should happen that it does not develop mushrooms. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Skyttegårdens Østershatte does not accept returns when it comes to mycelium, as the contents should preferably be started immediately and alternatively be refrigerated. Returned goods therefore lose quality and cannot be resold.

COD shipments are not accepted.
Right of withdrawal
As this is a living material, the same legislation applies as when buying food. Therefore, there is no 14-day right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop.

Refund
If a refund is agreed, the amount will be transferred back to the payment card used to place the order. It may take up to 7 business days before the transaction is finalized.

Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition will be faster if you also fill in and enclose our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Pickup
On our webshop it is possible to choose to pick up our products. This way it is possible to buy an item online and then pick up the item physically at Skyttegården Borupvej 63, 4140 Borup.
